Don’t look any further than MoldGone if you are searching for the most thorough, professional, reasonable and honest mold company. We have a sick child and they came in to test our home within 24 hours of my nervous call to them. They were able to begin remediation within 72 hours of test results. They treated our entire home, plumbing, and hvac. Such excellent communication!! Jarrett, Renata and Izabella were so amazing to work with. I was even able to order a micro toxin urine test for my son (instead of ordering from company and waiting for delivery). I can’t recommend MoldGone highly enough!

Phenomenal ability; knowledge; communication; workmanship. There are a lot of firms out there that really want to do a good job, but just don't have the knowledge to deal with something as insidious and complex as toxic mold growth (and mycotoxins). This firm is the real deal. I wouldn't trust another firm in Scottsdale to remediate my home. Highly highly recommend.

Izabella came today and was so informative and helpful. First great impression was with Renada who got us an appointment right away. Great customer service and very professional!

They were very prompt at getting back to us. We had a lot of questions around mold and what the effects can do to us as well as our animals. They answered every question and explained every step that we would need to do to check for mold. They were able to come to the house the next day and tested the areas that we had previous water damage repairs as well as the air quality by the vents. We received a copy of the labs the next night and we had the house remediated in the areas that had high mold readings. They walked us thru what they would do to remediate the home and sent us pictures of every step they did in our home. 2 days later they came back and retested the house and the labs came back perfect. I would highly recommend them. They were prompt, professional and were very through not only in explaining what they were going to do but how they tested areas that we didn’t think were or could contain mold. We are very happy that we were able to find a company that was all about helping us find the source rather then trying to over charge us.
