There are a lot of firms out there that really want to do a good job, but just don't have the knowledge to deal with something as insidious and complex as toxic mold growth (and mycotoxins). They were very prompt at getting back to us. We had a lot of questions around mold and what the effects can do to us as well as our animals. They answered every question and explained every step that we would need to do to check for mold. They were able to come to the house the next day and tested the areas that we had previous water damage repairs as well as the air quality by the vents. We received a copy of the labs the next night and we had the house remediated in the areas that had high mold readings. They walked us thru what they would do to remediate the home and sent us pictures of every step they did in our home. 2 days later they came back and retested the house and the labs came back perfect.
