I can’t say enough about this company. They were prompt in responding when I noticed the mold, and came out that same day. The were so knowledgeable about mold and the importance of remediating it in a safe and effective manner. They worked with our landlord to educate him on the need for appropriate remediation on our behalf and finished it all within the same week. They were thorough and came back not once but twice to make sure that the air quality readings were back to normal. MoldGone was a lifesaver! The owners Renata and Jarrett were the absolute best to work with. They came out as soon as I called them for a complimentary inspection (over the weekend!), and assisted me with my insurance claim (they were more knowledgeable than the ins co), and got started right away on the project. They had to remove a bunch of mold, and then sanitized the house with a special process that circulated throughout the AC and vents to ensure the mold was completely gone. They have a contractor they work with that completed the rebuild. They made it seamless from start to finish and were so responsive and easy to work with. Would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing people that I trusted fully in my home. They were also very clean, respectful, provided thorough and detailed work and were surprisingly efficient. I’ve been in a move-in nightmare and they were THE only service that actually did a good job and saved the day. I had been through literally months of hell and maintenance services. Water Heater had a slow leak for a long time that went unnoticed till it finally burst.  Walls got damaged and had to remove and of course we had a nice mold farm inside. Called Moldgone and Renatta showed up same day on time.  She was very Professional and went over everything they do.  She sent a quote later that day and after receiving another quote that wasn't worth my time we went with MoldGone.  Jarrett came out to do the job on time, he was kind and professional.  My wife and I left with our dogs and were able to come back about 4.5 hours later and it was done. Mold Gone was AMAZING! Literally, they were there the day I called them and found the issue right away. They fixed the problems that were left by the other remediation company immediately so we wouldn't have to spend any more money on hotels within 24 hours. Renata was extremely well versed in mold illness, which I was so grateful for. Jarrett was extremely thorough and listened to exactly what we needed. I would recommend them before any company. So thankful to have found them and their product. I feel a lot better knowing that the mold can't come back in the area they treated, because I got so sick after the last company came in.
